AI Specialist for Short-Term Rental Automation (Airbnb Integration & WhatsApp Business API)
Company Overview: We are a growing short-term rental property management business in South Africa, managing a portfolio of Airbnb listings. We're looking to scale and improve our service by integrating AI and automation to streamline guest communication and enhance efficiency. Job Overview: We seek a freelance developer or small agency to integrate an AI-powered chatbot for our Airbnb business. The chatbot needs to learn and understand our specific listing details (house rules, amenities, check-in instructions, etc.) and answer guest inquiries in our preferred tone and style. Templates for FAQs and listing information must be customized to fit each property. Additionally, we require WhatsApp integration and eventual website integration. Responsibilities: •Develop and integrate an AI chatbot to handle guest inquiries, based on customized FAQs and property listing details including pricing. • Integrate Airbnb with WhatsApp Business API via Zapier/Webhooks/Appy Pie expert to enable automation • Implement API integration with Airbnb to sync property information. • Set up WhatsApp integration for guest communication. • Customize FAQ and listing templates to reflect unique property details. • Troubleshoot and ensure the AI responds accurately and in our tone. Required Skills: • Experience with AI chatbots and Airbnb API integration. • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar automation tools. • Ability to integrate chatbots into websites (preferably with CMS platforms like WordPress). • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Budget: We are working within a small budget and seeking a cost-effective solution.
