The Opportunity We're on the hunt for a dynamic Account Executive II to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind closing new deals and expanding relationships with our existing customers. We're looking for someone who’s self-motivated, innovative, and excited about diving deep into our customers' needs to show them how Process Street can transform their workflows. This role is based in Central or Eastern Time. What You’ll Do • Convert inbound leads into opportunities • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships • Present our innovative tech solutions to prospective clients • Stay in frequent contact with clients to understand and meet their needs • Negotiate agreements and close deals • Keep detailed records of sales activities and data About You • You bring 5+ years of experience in an AE role, with at least 2 years in SaaS sales (SaaS experience is a must!) • You’re a ‘Challenger’ or Gap seller, or have experience selling based on financial impact • You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • You possess strong business acumen and excel at driving deals forward • You’re passionate about startups and technology • You have a natural talent for understanding and explaining technical solutions • You adapt quickly and are always eager to learn • You’re enthusiastic about improving processes and systems Our Benefits • Unlimited PTO – Most take 3-4 weeks, plus major holidays, and a company-wide week off in December. • Annual company offsite – We gather as a whole company to celebrate milestones and encourage small group meetups for face-to-face connection. • Social time – Regular coffee chats, games, storytelling, and more to build strong team bonds. • Generous health insurance for US employees and their families. • Equity for all full-time roles.
